One Sunday, every exhibit, the Chris White Gallery hosts a noon coffee hour.
Sunday, December 10, Noon to 2:00 p.m.
with an Open Figure Drawing opportunity, 2-4pm
Starting at Noon, you are invited to see the “Group Configuration” exhibit and to enjoy conversation, coffee, tea, and bakery items. A brief presentation about the exhibit will be made at about 12:30pm.
Then, at 2pm, members of the public are invited to draw from a live clothed model. Each participant brings along their preferred drawing supplies and might even pick up a few tips watching professional artists at work! Participants split the cost of the model (cash or check only). Coffee, Tea, and Refreshments
These Sunday coffee hours are a regular feature of every exhibit, one per exhibit.
Our neighbors, the Episcopal Church of Saints Andrew and Matthew, supply the coffee, tea, and often cookies, cake, pastries, and fresh fruit. Their 10:30am service at the other end of the block lets out just as our coffee hour begins, so many Episcopalians are in attendance. It is a convenient way for the gallery to get people in to see our exhibits. But everyone is welcome — especially you and yours.
