This is the 5th of 15 fundraising posts for our gallery in the summer of 2024.
Today we feature artist JaQuanne LeRoy.
For two years, JaQuanne served as the gallery’s Teacher-Artist-Curator in Residence and has served as curator for several exhibits since then. He is also a talented artist, with a solo show “The Anthology: Trust the Process” in the gallery in 2022 and pieces in many other group shows. Click here to visit his website.
Why does JaQuanne encourage you to donate?

Our Goal = $8,400.
$8,400 is how much the gallery will spend in the coming year to mount six art exhibitions in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Your donation will cover the cost of professional installation, exhibit lettering, take-away cards, event insurance, and publicity with enough left over to give small stipends to curators and exhibit coordinators. Our expenses are low because volunteers do most of the work and the Shipley Lofts apartment building covers our rent and utilities. As a result, Wilmington’s diverse and talented artists have a handsome brightly-lit place to put their work on display. Your donation is all we need to make it happen.
